Returns Policy

If you are a customer from the UK you get 14 days to cancel your order because of a fault, or because it does not fit. This two week period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

If you are a customer outside the UK you get 14 days to cancel your order because of a fault, or because it does not fit. This two week period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. The shipping cost must be paid by the buyer to return the goods.

If you have receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund, except in the following circumstances. We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie..

You can cancel an order, before it has been shipped.

After an order has been shipped, then the right to cancel is still possible. You’ll need to return the item(s) to us.
You’ll then receive a full refund. However the return postage must be paid for by you the customer.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

4. Once we approve your return, please post to the address provided, and make sure you keep proof of postage!

Time to Process your returned item

Please allow up to 14 days to process your return and refund, or exchange.

Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method.

The funds should appear on your bank statement or credit card statement.

Buyers who are found to abuse the returns policy, by purchasing products, wearing them, then returning will not be provided with a refund.
